About the Doula
As a dedicated and compassionate birth doula, being a beacon of support for families from diverse backgrounds as they navigate the transformative journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period is vital to me. A part of my life's mission is rooted in a genuine and caring nature, shaped by a wealth of experience and a profound belief in the strength of community.
From a young age, my passion for caring for others became evident. At the tender age of 13, I discovered my innate talent for nurturing as she began babysitting and teaching dance for local families with children of all ages in my community. This early experience not only honed my practical skills but also ignited a deep sense of responsibility and connection to the well-being of families.
My journey as a birth doula is not just a profession but a calling. My belief in the transformative power of childbirth and the importance of emotional and physical support during this time led me to specialize in the role of a birth doula. Recognizing each family's unique needs and backgrounds, I have committed to providing personalized care that extends beyond cultural boundaries.
My commitment to a strong sense of community is the cornerstone of my approach to birth support. A thriving community is built on mutual support and shared experiences. Through my work, I strive to foster connections among families and create a support network beyond the birthing room.

My Process
I aim to give you and your family the attention and knowledge you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and labor. I love working with expectant mothers and their families to help them navigate the birth and labor process. Each
new birth is viewed as a unique experience, and in return, I provide mothers with the encouragement and motivation they need.
How I Assist
Prenatal Visits
With my Prenatal Visits, I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need.
Birthing Guidance
I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Birthing Guidance, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.
Postpartum Support
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.
